The cabin offers stunning views of the ocean and Prospect Harbor, an active lobster fishing harbor. Facing east, it provides spectacular sunrise views that will make your mornings unforgettable.
Ideal Location:
The cabin is ideally located for visiting Acadia National Park in Winter Harbor. Please note, this is the serene and picturesque Winter Harbor side of the park, not MDI. The cabin is roughly 75 feet from the ocean, with a large sand area between the cabin and the typical Maine beach, which consists of sand, rocks, and ledge. This area is perfect for exploring sea creatures and fishing right from the beach!
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Features a cozy queen bed.
• Downstairs Hallway: Includes a set of twin bunks, perfect for children or adults.
• Loft: Equipped with two full beds, ideal for kids or young adults. Please note, the loft is not a full-height loft, making it a cozy sleeping area for younger guests.

• Dining: Several fantastic restaurants are within a 10-minute drive, offering a variety of delicious options.
• Activities: Enjoy the nearby attractions, including hiking, biking, and sightseeing in Acadia National Park.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Meet Jacob and Ashley Knowles, a loving, happy, and caring family based on the coast of Maine. Both 30 years old and together since high school, they have two sons and a baby girl. Jacob is a 5th generation lobster fisherman and well-known on social media for his passion and dedication to his craft. His wife, Ashley, is incredibly caring and always goes out of her way to help the people she loves. She's also a perfectionist so you can count on a perfect stay! As hard workers who come from hard-working Maine families, they are always on the lookout for ways to provide more financial security for their growing family. Lobster fishing has been a great career for Jacob, but he knows that the future of the industry is never certain due to ever-changing regulations. When they stumbled upon the former Albee cottage property, they knew it was perfect despite its old and run-down state. The property had a magical charm that they were determined to restore. Fortunately, they were able to purchase it and bring it back to its full potential. Although they both have experience in long-term rentals, this is their first venture into vacation rentals. They are excited about this new journey and look forward to meeting all the guests who share their love for Maine. You'll be welcomed into their cottage's and treated like family.
